During the pandemic, we have adjusted our office policies to be consistent with CDC guidelines regarding care and safety. Please know that it is safe to come to our office, but we need everyone’s cooperation.
If you have COVID-19 or have been exposed to someone with COVID-19 or have traveled outside of Ohio in the last 14 days,

If you are feeling ill, have a cough or fever, shortness of breath, difficulty breathing, sore throat or new loss of taste or smell, you should not come to your appointment but should call us for further instructions and to reschedule.
If necessary, you may be accompanied by one support person who is free of the above symptoms. No children are permitted. Our childcare room is closed during the pandemic.
All who enter and work at Crosswoods are required to wear a mask.
If you prefer to wait in your car until the doctor is ready to see you, please call us on arrival. Our waiting area meets social distancing guidelines. You will be asked to wash your hands and practice social distancing along with our staff.
