Appointments
Because your time is valuable, patients are scheduled by appointment only. To arrange an office visit, please call 614-431-1634 between 9:00am and 4:30pm. In an emergency, call immediately. We will make every effort to see you that day. If you are unable to keep an appointment, please notify us 24 hours in advance. During your visit, you will meet many members of our healthcare team; feel free to ask questions and let us know how we might best meet your needs.
After Hours & Emergency Care
If you are experiencing an emergency, dial 911 or head to the nearest emergency room. If you are in labor call 614-431-1634 and page the on-call doctor. A physician is available 24-hours a day, 7-days a week in an emergency.
Prescription Renewals
Prescriptions are renewed during normal office hours. In some instances, we may require that the patient be seen in our office prior to medication renewal.
Financial
We accept payment from most major insurance carriers. Please check with your carrier to ensure coverage and bring your insurance information with you to your visit. When necessary, obtain a referral from your primary care provider in advance. Our fees are standardized and based on the complexity of your visit. Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Budget plans are available and will be designed to suit your financial situation.
